Bad app and poor service

Difficult to navigate through all the areas in order to find what you want. App freezes. Poor grammar is never corrected. Customer service is slow and sometimes never responds to emails. If you get premium service, they make it nearly impossible to get ahold of anybody to cancel. When you do, they will refuse to refund. Buyer beware!!
